News from Companies House: Over 150,000 UK companies are being targeted for enforcement action in 2025–26 as part of a national crackdown on economic crime, fraud, and misuse of corporate structures.

Striking off shell companies

Greater transparency and accountability under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023
