📢 Big Changes Coming to Companies House!

From 18 November 2025, all UK company directors and Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) must complete identity verification—either through GOV.UK One Login or an authorised agent. Existing directors will have 12 months to comply, aligning with their confirmation statement filings.

This is part of a broader effort to increase corporate transparency and crack down on fraudulent company activity.

✅ Tip: It’s wise to verify early and avoid last-minute delays.

🔍 At Watchdog Services, we monitor Companies House data daily—tracking any changes to the firms you're interested in so you're always ahead of the curve.
