The Watchdog Services system can deliver a complete history of the job responsibilities that individuals registered by the FCA have held.  We can find out, for any list of registered individuals you are interested in:

·         Which firm(s) they work for

·         What their job responsibilities are

·         When the responsiblity started

·         When the responsibility ended (if it has)

We are able to monitor when individuals of interest:

·         Started a new job

·         Left  a job

·         Changed their role(s) within a job.

Such information is ideal for recruitment agencies looking to:

·         Update their information regarding individuals on their books

·         Identify people on their books suitable to fill a vacancy

·         Identify people on fast track promotions

·         Approach people on their books who are currently without employmen

The system is extremely easy to use; simply upload a CSV file containing the Individual Reference Numbers (IRN’s) of those registered individuals you are interested in, and the system does the rest.

Anyone working in recruitment, employment or personnel who wishes to have their finger on the pulse as regards employment history and job qualifications should use the Watchdog Services system.
